Adecco deploys an Agentforce assistant to 27,000 employees in more than 40 countries

After a pilot in the United Kingdom and France, the temporary employment group is generalizing a tool built on Claude, which it credits with 35 to 40% of the time saved for its recruiters.

The Adecco Group is expanding Salesforce's Agentforce Coworker assistant, built on Anthropic's Claude model, to its entire workforce, i.e. 27,000 people in more than forty countries. The decision follows a pilot phase conducted in the United Kingdom and France; India, Poland, Mexico and Morocco are among the next steps. A multi-year agreement signed in March 2026 provides a framework for this deployment until 2027.

The tool serves as a single point of entry to the group's data, systems and internal documentation. In concrete terms, it helps recruiters and sales teams identify prospects, prepare job briefs and make an initial selection of applications. Adecco highlights a 35 to 40% time saving for recruiters, 2.6 million interactions already handled by agents, and 20,000 additional placements made this year.

CEO Denis Machuel accompanies the announcement with a formula that says a lot about the sensitivity of the subject in a personnel placement profession: according to him, AI should be done with people, and not against them.
