Wonderful raises $550 million and doubles its valuation to $5 billion in six months

The Israeli-Dutch start-up, which started with automated customer service, now sells an "AI operating system" deployed in more than 35 countries.

Wonderful has closed a $550 million Series C round led by Insight Partners, which values the company at $5 billion. That's more than double the $2 billion it reached in its previous round, in March 2026. Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer are also participating, along with Salesforce, which is investing in the company for the first time.

Founded in early 2025, Wonderful started out on customer service automation before expanding its offering to what it describes as an "AI operating system": a layer that coordinates agents, processing chains, and applications with the data and software already in place at its customers. The company claims a presence in more than 35 countries, with an initial presence in non-English-speaking markets.

What makes it unique is its deployment method: seconded engineers work directly at the customer's site, sometimes on-site, to integrate the platform into existing processes. The funds will be used to accelerate product development and expand these teams.
