Gmail Live, Docs Live and Keep Live allow you to query your mailbox, dictate a document or organize notes by voice, on iOS and Android, in English first.
Google deploys three conversational functions backed up by Gemini in its productivity applications. Gmail Live lets look in her inbox and ask questions about her oral content, with a live transcript. Docs Live writes from a dictated set, looking for items in Gmail, Drive, conversations and the web. Keep Live serves as a vocal notepad able, for example, to reorganize a list of ingredients on demand.
The distribution of access varies according to the offer: Gmail Live targets Google AI Plus, Pro and Ultra subscribers, while Docs Live and Keep Live remain reserved for Pro and Ultra. A deployment to Google Workspace Business customers is announced. The three functions start on iOS and Android, only in English.
These tools were shown as a preview at Google I/O in May 2026. They are part of a broader company thrust on voice, after the release of the Gemini 3.5 Transcribe model and the Rambler dictation tool on Pixel 11.
