The platform, which generates plans, execution documents and 3D models from a single model of the house, adds an automatic quantity surveying module for material distributors.
Higharc closed a $95 million Series C round on June 30, 2026 led by Insight Partners, with participation from Wellington Management and its historical investors — Fifth Wall, Spark Capital, Lux Capital, SE Ventures, Simpson Strong-Tie, Suffolk Technologies, MetaProp and others. The total raised now exceeds $170 million.
The company's technical challenge is to no longer treat the house as a drawing but as a spatial database: geometry, construction rules and regulatory requirements coexist in the same model, from which the platform automatically derives commercial plans, execution documents, 3D models and costings. The stated ambition is to replace AutoCAD and the constellation of one-off tools that revolve around it, in a sector — the American single-family home — that has remained outside the major software modernization cycles.
The fundraising is accompanied by two announcements. An automatic quantity surveying product, this time intended for material distributors, converts a manufacturer's plans into detailed quantities. And an agreement with US LBM, the leading private distributor of wood and building materials in the United States, opens up this channel for it. Higharc highlights the gains reported by its manufacturer customers: product development times reduced from several months to a few weeks, accelerated program opening by 25 to 50%, and margins up by 10 to 15%.
