At the Taiwanese Industrial Automation Exhibition, the equipment manufacturer presented robotics and intelligent production applications on August 19 to accelerate industrial deployments.
Delta Electronics took advantage of the Taipei International Industrial Automation Exhibition on August 19, 2026, to detail a significantly broader artificial intelligence strategy than its previous initiatives. The Taiwanese manufacturer showed robotics and so-called smart production applications, designed to shorten commissioning times on industrial lines.
Three sectors are explicitly targeted: machine tools, electronics and semiconductors. The approach is less about selling an isolated AI model and more about integrating perception, robotic control and workshop supervision into bricks that can be reused from one site to another — an integrator positioning that reflects the structure of Taiwan's manufacturing fabric, where the transition from prototype to production remains the main bottleneck.
