Avoice presents AI agents designed to run an architecture firm

The start-up claims to offer the first agents dedicated to agency management, where emails, technical specifications, schedules, inspection notes and budgets are currently managed in separate tools.

At the end of July 2026, Avoice unveiled what it describes as the first artificial intelligence agents designed to control the day-to-day operation of an architectural firm. The starting point is the observation made by any practitioner: correspondence, descriptions, schedules, quality control annotations and budget monitoring of the same project are scattered between tools that do not speak to each other.

The proposed agents are responsible for moving information between these silos rather than producing images — a notable shift, while AI in architecture remains largely associated with rendering and sketching. According to the Chaos/Architizer survey of more than 800 construction professionals, 46% of architects already use AI tools on a daily basis, with adoption up 20% year-over-year, and 44% generate concept images using AI.

There remains the question that will decide the real adoption: the reliability of these agents on contractual documents, where a transcription error between a CCTP and a schedule cannot be made up for with a click.
