The AI tools platform for teachers, founded by a former professor, has multiplied its registrations and raised nearly $63 million to continue its growth.
MagicSchool AI, a platform offering more than 80 ready-to-use tools for the preparation of courses, the creation of evaluations, the drafting of individualized educational plans or communication with families, now claims about 8 million teachers enrolled in more than 13,000 schools in 160 countries.
Founded by Adeel Khan, a former teacher, the company raised nearly $63 million to support this growth, after a $45 million B-series tour led by Valor Equity Partners at the beginning of 2025, which alone accounted for more than 70% of the total funding of the quarter in the educational AI sector.
