Led by Insight Partners alongside a16z and M12, the Series B round brings the total raised by the start-up – which automates the entire ‘order-to-cash’ cycle – to $93 million.
The American start-up Stuut has completed a series B of $52.5 million, led by Insight Partners with the participation of Andreessen Horowitz and M12, Microsoft's fund. It raised a total of $93 million. Its terrain: the cycle from ordering to cashing, where common administrative errors (missing order form, incorrect data, invoice sent to the wrong person) force financial services to track payments by hand from one system to another. According to Stuut, these losses represent up to 5% of a large company's turnover.
Agents connected to existing tools
The platform deploys AI agents that cover order management, invoicing, credit, re-launching, reconciliation of receipts and litigation, by grafting on LES, CRM and payment gateways already in place. For each paying client, the system accumulates a memory of its habits and peculiarities of its portals. The company claims more than 95% of automatically reconciled incoming payments, more than 81% of re-launches without human intervention and a reduced average payment time of 47%. At ZoomInfo, this would have increased from 51 to 40 days.
Stuut claims to have multiplied its customers by more than five in a year, with over 150 large companies and over $3 billion in processed payments. The funds will be used to extend to credit rating, lending and automated fund movements.
