The New York-based company, which automates administrative tasks for housing and health, announces $200 million in annual recurring revenue and five consecutive years of doubling.
EliseAI announced on September 29, 2026 that it had raised $350 million that values the company at $4 billion. The round is co-led by two investors already present in the capital, Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, joined by a new entrant, the Ontario Teachers' Pension Fund, with participation from Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital. This is the fourth time since 2023 that the two venture capital firms have put their money back into the pot.
The progress is rapid: the $250 million Series E, closed about thirteen months earlier, still valued the company at $2.2 billion. The New York-based company develops tools to automate administrative workflows for housing managers and health systems, and reported $200 million in annual recurring revenue in June 2026, after five consecutive years of doubling its revenue.
The funds are to be used to expand automation capabilities and recruit for engineering, software deployment and sales. EliseAI also plans to open a second engineering hub in San Francisco, in addition to its New York headquarters.
